Due to the public’s interest on the Barretto sisters’ ongoing family drama, the transport agency has released a step-by-step safety guide on how to stay safe on the road and still be updated on the latest story.

On DOTr’s Facebook page, they posted the “How to be Updated with the Barretto Family Issue while Driving.” Their first tip is a stern reminder not be distracted while driving. They said, “Huwag magbasa ng IG or FB updates nina La Greta, Tita Marj or Claudine habang nagmamaneho.

Lastly, the transport agency reminded it’s better to answer calls via  headset or a Bluetooth device.

The friendly reminder has made many netizens laugh. Many were amused at how the reminder had caught their attention.

Netizen B. Dean wrote, “I would probably not read the DOTr reminders but this one caught my attention and so I read the rest. Lol. Eye catching one. Bravo DOTr!!! Haha #LaGreta”

Netizen J. Samarista commented, “The admin/moderator of this department deserve a raise. Need na talaga natin ng social media admin each department to connect with the online masses. Kudos!”
