- Apple is expected to unveil a new model of its iPhone product
- CNBC News said the model is ‘rumored to be impressive by Apple’s standards’
- The company remains the most valuable with a market capitalization of about $1-trillion
Apple is expected to introduce a new model of its iPhone product on September 12 at the Steve Jobs Theater, Cupertino, California.
The September event serves as the introduction of new iPhone models, and this year, fans want the best from the technology company.
According to CNBC, the model which will be unveiled next month is ‘rumored to be impressive by Apple’s standards.’
The story disclosed the three possible new models from Apple, all of which is a sequel to the iPhone X: a model with the 5.8-inch OLED display, a larger version with an OLED 6.5-inch display and a cheaper version with a 6.1-inch display.
The 6.1-inch model will use aluminum instead of steel casing to make it less expensive.
Apple, to note, launched the iPhone X last year with a $1,000 price tag.
The company is also expected to bring an update to its other products such as the iPad, MacBook, and Apple Watch.
Several reports said they might make the iPad and Watch appear like the iPhone X having a full-width OLED screen and facial recognition software.
ABS-CBN posted that the company’s event happens a month after its tight market competitor in the mobile phone industry Samsung revealed its latest flagship handset, the Galaxy Note 9.
Apple remains the most valuable company with a market capitalization that recently reached a trillion dollars. It went third, however, in the global phone market share behind Samsung and Huawei.
