MANILA, Philippines – The four sisters, namely Mylene, Celina, Irene, and Almira, who formed the singing group 4th Impact made noise in the United Kingdom last year after joining the talent popular show “X-Factor UK”.

After being included on the Top 5 of the show, the singing group is back in the Philippines and revealed that they are preparing for their first major concert in their home country.

An article by Chan Lasan for Movie News Guide said the Philippine concert will be the first of the concert leg they are planning to do in different parts of the world.

“Magkakaroon kami ng homecoming major concert this coming December 3,” the sisters revealed in an interview by “24 Oras” as quoted in an article by GMA News.

The all-girls group assured the Filipinos that they will be giving world-class live performances and revealed that they will be revealing the “biggest surprise” of their group, in celebration of their 10th year as a performing group.

The X Factor is a television music competition franchise created by Simon Cowell. The show originated in the United Kingdom, where it was devised as a replacement for Pop Idol which ran from 2001–03.

The show, which was held in various countries, are produced by executive producer Simon Cowell and his company SYCOtv.

The “X Factor” of the title refers to the undefinable “something” that makes for star quality. The winner usually takes home a recording contract, in addition to the publicity that appearance in the later stages of the show itself generates, not only for the winner but also for other highly ranked contestants.
