  • “Hay Bahay” to replace “Vampire Ang Daddy Ko”
  • Comedy Queen and Bossing of Philippine Comedy joins the latest sitcom
  • Kristine Hermosa transfered to GMA; working as loveteam with real life partner Oyo Boy

Gear up for a new sitcom from the Kapuso channel as GMA Network brings the blockbuster comedy love team of Vic Sotto and Ai Ai de las Alas in its newest TV offering “Hay Bahay.”

The show will premiere on June 19 replacing Vampire Ang Daddy Ko and will be aired every Sunday nights at 6:15PM after 24 Oras.

The story revolves on Oyo and Kristine; a newly wed couple who has no money to complete the payment for their dream house that is why they had an idea to offer renting on the two of their house’s rooms.

Both Ai Ai and Vic Sotto applied for the rent together with their alalays; Wally for Ai and Jose for Vic.

Things must have been going well but the house has a problem – it has only one comfort room, and that is where the plot comes in; the riot happiness coming from sharing of comfort rooms.

This will be de las Alas’ and Sotto’s comeback as loveteam on television after 1-4-3.

As expected, the show will bring never-ending laughter and good vibes to the Filipino viewers as it casted the Philippine Comedy Queen, Bossing of Philippine Comedy and the super-famous comic duo of Jose Manalo and Wally Bayola.

The show was created by GMA Entertainment TV Group and will be produced by Vic Sotto’s M-Zet TV Productions, Inc. and GMA Network.

“Hay Bahay!” was written and will be directed by Bibeth Orteza.

The said sitcom marks the first-ever team-up of the real-life couples Oyo Boy Sotto and Kristine Hermosa for a television show. The two had already worked together on Enteng Kabisote which is a movie but never on a TV series.

It is also the first TV project of Kristine on the Kapuso Network after being a Kapamilya for twenty years.

The transfer of Kristine to GMA has been the talk of the town as her fans were expecting her renewal of contract with ABS-CBN. Her last TV show from ABS-CBN was “Noah” which was aired five years ago.
